If you still love your wife you have to stop cheating, at the very least.

You should really think about it though. You have to ask yourself.. Do I regret this. If you do .. dont ever put yourself in a position where you know you may fall trap. If you dont, then I suggest you tell her the way you feel. Keep in mind you cant have everything you want. Things catch up trust me, trust karma.

Well, hopefully you were at least safe when you cheated. I'd keep my mouth shut and quit while you're ahead. You've already done it so that can't be changed.
If you weren't safe, you should tell her. It'll suck but it'd be better than her finding out after contracting an STD.

I would suggest not telling her. Psychological counselors, even religious ones, agree on this. However you need to examine the reason why you cheated on her and the probablity that you will do so again. If there was more to this than one stupid mistake, then seek therapy.
