Do you still love your wife? Are you still actively cheating?

If you still love your wife you have to stop cheating, at the very least.

If it weighs on your conscience, you may wish to confess, but that leads to a long and tortuous process, and you could lose her.

Go for it! Don't live your life with regrets. It's just something you needed to do. Cheating is hot and daring and a challenge. Marriage can be boring as hell in the bedroom. Take the experience you had and visualize it again and again the next time you make love to your wife. Use this to your benefit. Let the wife go to see the Chippindale dancers and you also will reap those same benefits from her. The mind is an awesome thing.

It happends...

You should really think about it though. You have to ask yourself.. Do I regret this. If you do .. dont ever put yourself in a position where you know you may fall trap. If you dont, then I suggest you tell her the way you feel. Keep in mind you cant have everything you want. Things catch up trust me, trust karma.

However, wether you used a condom that is not the solution.
Keep in mind condoms are not 100% affective towards std's and pregnancy. The last thing you want is your wife paying for your mistake!!

See the dr. right away for std's.
Infections.. Odors...

Because some STD'S dont show up right away you are going to need to take a short time to let things slide.. Until then (when you find out you are clean) Dont sleep with your wife.

I didn't realize you had cheated on her when I answered your other question I was thinking to myself what a thoughtful guy noticing his wife like that! Shame on you! Do some inner reflecting before you speak to her! Only you know your relationship.

Well, hopefully you were at least safe when you cheated. I'd keep my mouth shut and quit while you're ahead. You've already done it so that can't be changed.
If you weren't safe, you should tell her. It'll suck but it'd be better than her finding out after contracting an STD.

GET HER A BOYFRIEND !!!, you did it. what's fair for one is fair for the other. Does she know you are not satisfied? let's face it, that'sthe only reason you would cheat anyway. talk to her, tell her the trueth. i told my wife she can have a bf any time i can't keep up sexually. no i don't. i prefer to talk to her about what i need and want. be open, be honest, be ready to take whatever lumps she gives you. and there will be lumps. GOOD LUCK AND LEARN TO SHARE.

I would suggest not telling her. Psychological counselors, even religious ones, agree on this. However you need to examine the reason why you cheated on her and the probablity that you will do so again. If there was more to this than one stupid mistake, then seek therapy.

Stop, never tell her, and never do it again.

Or tell her and face the wrath of being unfaithful, untrusted, and your schedule battered to death everyday by a jealous woman, and learn to enjoy that because it won't stop until you are deemed trustable by the woman you hurt.

I will never stay with a man if he cheats. That's my bottom line.
