The Hindus go in large number to Amarnath which is in Tibet, now part of China with entire expenses born by the pilgrim, and not the government? Why this appeasement of Muslims in India?

It was started by the Congress government to appease the Muslim Voters who normally vote en mass in India during elections. The subsequent non- Congress governments could not undo it, lest they would be branded as communal parties. So, it is appeasement to have done a favour that they do not deserve, and not to withdraw an undeserving favour is also another form of appeasement.
It is against the spirit of secularism. Hindus have been discriminated in this respect which is evident from the example you have cited.

its jst a matter of politics . U know all these things are done top get the vote bank of muslims. hindus and sikh were always with India but to get strength of muslims , they lure them with benefits.Say it biasing or politics.

Appeasment politics has killed our country,.. look at the quota now, will it help our country in the long run,.. No, but still its there to stay
