Anyone else have problems with Directv DVR?

My system slows every now and then. Is anyone else having this problem? Should I return it to Directv?

The DirecTV DVRs are notoriously slow, and the more stuff you have on season passes, to do list, and now playing, the slower it gets. You did not say if yours is an HD DVR (HR10-250 by TiVo); if so, that is even slower.

my tivo will slow down when i add new stuff to record but not like slow fast slow fast.
