- do cardio exercise (i.e. running, swimming, basically any activity that gets your heart pumping); about 3 days per week 20mins per session depending on your bodytype and goals
- do ab workouts: upper abs and lower abs, as well as your lower back and your side abs. you can weighted ab workouts to increase intensity
- eat right, watch what you intake.
