I think they're really cool! I'd actually love to get one, but my commute to school is too far (I take a metra train and the El).
Anyway, Vespas are great. They save gas AND the environment -can't beat that!!

Some people have made Vespas look nerdy. But they are very cool, especially with a Girl riding one.

Vespa's own! I want a Vespa. just to commute to and from work though. its 60 miles each way so that would do me really well. get like 80 mpg! but then again they only have a 2.5 gallon tank!

Honey, I've been riding for 38 yrs and my 1st bike was a SEARS 50CC HONDA and I Thought it was cool so if a Vespa is cool with you it's cool with me

Vespas are cool until you graduate to a motorcycles...and harley owners tend to be a little anal retentive...if they're so good, how come i see more of them for sale than all other bikes combined?

they've been around for so long in other countries and it is now getting popular in the States. With high gas prices it is practical but won't catch on. In countries like asia and europe it's a way of life. And you see women and teenagers riding them. It is their means of transportation and is very common.

I think they're cool, but years ago a friend had a very nasty accident on one that has made me leery of them. I think you're even less visible to drivers on one of those than you are on a motorcycle.

They are cool if you live in a urban area with not a lot of traffic. And economical.
