You are super pretty, but you need to remember that too much makeup can make you look from beautiful to hideous. Remember this philosophy in makeup; less is more. Besides that, you're pretty. Also, you must remember to always have self-esteem. There's a saying that is used by French women, it says that if you truly believe that you're beautiful, then that will make you so.
Never ask anyone "Do you think I'm beautiful?" Answer that question for yourself, and let yourself be the judge.

First, wear a lot less make up. The dark eye make up is not becoming at all. Tone down the red lipstick. I love red but it tends to take over one's face. Plus, you have to pick on feature to stand out on your face. So, make your lips stand out or your eyes stand out but not both. I would cut your hair into more of a chin length bob and get rid of the "butt" part. Part it slightly down the middle and use a little Garnier Sleek & Shine to get rid of any frizz. You look like a very pretty girl and I think it's great that you've asked for advice.

You have very beautiful hair. You should wear less makeup though. You have some very nice facial features and your make up is hiding them.
