what sort of knowledge? as far as i am concerned there are two types of knowledge.... textual and practical....
if u simply want to be limited to know all the knowledge in the world...and do nothing but sit in a single place and do work the rest of your life... text books is your best options... go to a library and find a book for every topic you need...
but if u want to enjoy the life and not limiting yourself to a corner seat...and if u want to explore the world... and gain practical knowledge... there are two options..which when done together makes the best option... its (1) talking to people and trying the stuff they say is possible... (2) search the Internet to find other possible ways for doing the same stuff...
My personal opinion is life is short and comes only one time (reincarnation is not guaranteed)........... so i don't think i will waste my time sitting in a corner seat and limit my life experience... instead i would take up the practical knowledge... and go ROCK THE LIFE.

Well, I read on a website (forgot what it was called) that Japanese anime was inspired by Walt Disney's drawings. Like how some of them have big eyes in anime was from one of those Disney characters so my conclusion is that if Walt Disney never made his cartoons the way they are, anime wouldn't be invented today.
