it was an ad for penguin biscuits-the penguins were all runiing around doing busy stuff in offices and factories etc and then the chop chop busy busy work work bang bang thing got slower and slower until the penguins all sat down and ate a chocolate bar bearing thier name!!funny how that phrase has stuck even tho the advert was rubbish!!it was aired in the 80s definately-altho i couldnt be more specific than that
