It is expensive but your dentist can do it best. Whitening toothpastes etc. are really hard on your teeth because of the abrasion to the enamel.

The cheapest way is using Hydrogen Peroxide as a mouthwash. You have to get a regualar 16 oz bottle, fill it with HALF water and the other half of course Peroxide. You mix it. Use that every time you brush your teeth, gargle it for 1 minute-no longer.. Another thing I've noticed is that most people do not brush their teeth well, when they do it they hold their tooth brush like a child-no force/pressure is applied to the teeth. You have to brush very well, put some evergy there. I' m not not suggesting you knock your teeth out lol but brush with energy to really scrub the residue. Also use only toothpaste w/ hydrogen peroxide and ARM & HAMMER added, I love Close-Up whitening tooth paste. The best out there b/c it's not intimidating to take, the taste is pretty good. If your teeth needs a little jump start I would use the crest whitening strips. That will be a good start before you start your routine. I would suggest those for a great smile. I've always had white spakling teeth and I want to maintain that and those are great products. Try to stay away from caffine/artificial drinks, they stain your teeth. Good luck!

brush teeth 2 times a day, morning and night. use the toothbrushes with the polish heads and use the toothpaste that has whitening formula. the bests ones are colgate. also try max fresh with the ice strips. then floss after you brush and make sure you brush your tongue for a whole mouth clean. use listerine if possible and always have some sugar free, {wrigles} chewy gum handy. they are really healthy for teeth if they are not sugar flavoured. then go to your doctor at least once a month for check ups and whitenings. the dentist whitenings use a blue light and are expensive. 1000 dollars a treatment but it is worth it. if you want you could get your teeth bleached. so you dont have to brush eva again. well good luck.

Bleach is dangerous. Using baking soda with tooth paste is a good way but if you want something fast go with Crests Whitening Strips.

Use a teeth whitener.

floss daily, gargle hydrogen peroxide (its nasty but it helps and you get used to it after a while), or you could just do it the easy way and buy sum of the white teeth gel from like crest or just go to the dentist and have them whitened

you could try those whitening strips. they are kind of expensive though so another thing you could try is a whitening toothpaste that removes surface stains. also try listerine's whitening mouthwash... promotes a healthy mouth and whitens teeth
