The woman told me when she is outside, we need to go inside our home. She complained because my 5 yr old daughter waved to her. Her dogs live on my back carport and crapping in my yard. She is nuts.

hmm. Is she old and are you and your family excessively noisy, not thinking of others, maybe?

Hello Renee,

It's a shame your neighbor is a biatch to you and your daughter. Be careful not to bad mouth her to your daughter, because that's where she learns prejudice. She is a little sponge who isn't damaged by the world and it's up to you to help preserve her innocence.

Now, to your neighbor. I would call the code enforcement people in your county and find out about your leash laws. If those dogs are running around without a leash, she could be in violation of that law.

I would also take issue with a more serious matter of crap on your carport. It posses a health threat to your daughter if she is out playing in HER own yard and ends up being contaminated by dog feces she could become extremely ill.

Gross. I can't believe how inconsiderate people are. Maybe a few tickets would make her more neighborly. I completely understand how frustrating it is to have an @$$ *ole living next to you.

If she owns, you can keep calling code enforcement, as long as she is violating a law. She may get tired of it and put her place up for sale. If she rents you can send copies of the violations to the owner of the property and she'll more than likely get kicked out.

You can find out who owns the property on the Internet. Just go to the county tax collector's office on line and do a search under "property". I wish you better times.

Regards,
Raylene♥

Q - The woman told me when she is outside, we need to go inside our home
A. Politely tell her that it's still a free country and then ignore her. Let your daughter know that she's done nothing wrong if she asks.

Q -Her dogs live on my back carport and crapping in my yard.

A. Call animal control. Better yet the police and let them call animal control. :-)

Has she made any threats to you or your child? Sounds like she's either depressed or skitzo. Who knows? Are u in an appartment complex? I'd complain to the manager and let him or her know what's been happening. Don't let this phsycho neighbor make you a prisoner in your own home. Also keep a record of the dates and times she goes nuts with you or the other neighbors and then contact a police detective. Perhaps she's dealing drugs or some thing who knows.

Yeah I have nutty neighbors. It is about that. Yeah your daughter was friendly to her that is about right. What a weirdo. I would ignore her. I would put up a fence and do what you can to get some privacy. I do what I can to make it so my old bitty does not stare at me and realize it is her fault. Tell your daughter that people get like that and teach her that it is correct to be kind to neighbors and your neighbor is wrong. Tell your little sweet one that it is fine to be friendly to neighbors and that old people get strange sometimes, but most neighbors thing that is nice. I put up a curtain because she kept looking in my picture window so I could out and she could not stare in. It helps she actually told me I needed to open the curtains more. She looks over my wall and tells me how to do the yard. I plan to cover it up better so she cannot spy, but have not gotten to that. I put gavel in my yard in the frount because i cannot garden. They say spy neighbors are good for safety, but crimes have happened in my driveway and she saw nothing. She says she thinks my little dog is cute and she let him get out all night as a puppy. She is worthless. She just shoots dirty looks at me and my family and friends. Just get your privacy and if she does anything ignore her
Do what you want to do. You do not have to go in. She can go in. If you think she is having problems with her mental health call and have her looked in on. Also ask her to get her dogs off your property because there is a leash law and you have a small cchild. There is a leash law right? Tell her if you cannot work this out you will have to get the police to do this. If you are scared just have someone else give her a warning. They can do this and not remove her dogs, but warn her to contain them. My neighbor got me to stop my dogs from barking by calling the police on me. They send me a warning.

I'd put up a Big fence that is tall and has slats that are close together.
That's what I'd do.

Until you get it built, if I were you... I'd call the cops on her if her dogs come over, tell her to mind her business about your child and you being outside and that she should shut up about it. If she gets mad, call the cops again if you feel threatened. Tell them that she's nuts and maybe they will suggest treatment nicely to her.

Basically, just go outside and do not put up with her dogs. Have them taken away by the dog catcher and say that they are strays if they come over. She'll have to pay a fine to get them back.

Maybe then she will want to move.

Politely ask her to move her dogs away from your property. If you are blown off, inject some drain cleaner mixed with rat poison into some pieces of steak and leave them out there. Nobody knows who it was. As long as nobody sees you and you don't admit that to police, you will be scot-free. If she wants to play a game of fear against you, let her know that you're not afraid and you will live your life the way you please. What kind of person complains about a little kid saying hi?? She should know that you don't want to have her life because that would be a miserable self-improsonment. Or, if you want to give her more stress, act positively and friendly towards any and all negative gestures. She feeds off of negative response, and she is conditioned to receiving that. Positive response is unexpected and generates misery.

You can get her reported for her dog's actions. You need to confront her to let her know that what her pets are doing, needs to be kept in her yard. If you're not bothering her, and she's bothering you.. the best thing to do is ignore her. She obviously has a huge problem that is a part of her personality.

This can be a difficult solution. You could ignore her antics but not her dogs living behavior. She will only cause you more problems if you try to address the problems with the dogs. You could try talking with her reasonably or just ignore she is there and live with the dogs. Best wishes on solving this problem.

Make her think you are psycho, as far as the dog crap in your yard, after you cook your bacon for breakfest, take the bacon grease and pour it on the dog crap. That dog or another dog will come along and eat it. Hopefully, he will go home and lick is owner in the face.
