you should tell him that you already know, ask him if he loves you at all, But if he's really crazy about that girl just let him go. you dont want to be with someone that doesnt love you, Thats a very frustrating way to live.

Ask him to be honest, and go with your gut feeling. You may somehow be able to make things work out, but more than likely, if his heart isnt there, then the relationship will start to suffer if things start to go bad between you two.
