Depends mostly on the type of ants you have. Go to the local hardware store and look at the Terro products. Look closely at the ants you wish to get rid of. Buy the proper product.

Had same problem with my Camaro that's parked, I picked up a gallon of insect spray "Home Defense" and sprayed the interior. Closed it for a day and no more ants. No stains or smell!! Good Luck!! ?:)xxx

Get some of those little ant baits and stick them under your seat. I don't think I would spray anything in your car it might linger and make you sick.
