dallas texas is considdering passing a law that makes its illegal for any females or males in public to allow there pants to SAG.
IF your not hip to sagging ...that's the extreme baggy or sagging effect that a lot of younger individuals allow to express them selves in there clothing. The orgin of which is attributted to prison attire but taken in by the rap community as a form of attire. I personally don't care for the appearence and I don't agree with the image it portrays but I don't feel it's my right to tell another culture race or group of people that they don't have a right to express themselves in this matter. What gives any society a right to enforce this as a law.? No GOVERNMENT has the right to take away my freedom of expression. I dont SAG but the day they pass such a law I'll let my naked white *** hang out and risk getting arrested to protect my right and anyone elses right to do so. I'm proud of the youth of today and the way's they choose to express themselves. Sag!

If cannot walk around in my underwear why should you be allowed to show yours?

I think "sagging" looks retarded.

That is just my opinion.

They wear it to stuff things inside their britches for shoplifting, hiding weapons etc. The extreme version can fall off and is therefore obscene. My son wears even his dress slacks low but not baggy, like skater style or gangster style. It is not attractive even on a beautiful young man like him. I think if a guy has to use his hands to keep his pants up and it is a choice not plight, then yeah, give tickets. If he gets in a fight he will be exposing himself to the innocent public. Its just too GHETTO. they should stop it without it being a crime. But they have such bad taste. Yes we do NEED fashion police. IT IS TRUE

Personally, I cannot stand seeing the "sagging" thing, but it makes me laugh because I know that they're not robbing anyone. How the hell can you run fast like that....lmao!!!! It has to be the most uncomfortable way to wear pants...lololol There are many other "educational" ways to express yourself. (maybe that's not the right word, but you get my meaning...)

There is a difference between sagging and letting their @ss hang out. Personally, baggy is fine, but keep the butts, boxers and thongs covered....we really dont need to see them!

There is so many other serious laws that they need to pass, and they decide to consider a certain dress code?
People should dress the way you want to dress, in a few years they will have us all in school uniforms.

I live in Fort Worth and know of this. The city council said they didn't like this look but trying to enforce it as a law would be imposable. I myself DO NOT LIKE SEEING another persons underwear. It is vulgar, and degrading. There are better ways to be themselves. (They did learn it from us, the love generation,60's)

as long as it's not tacky, like if you can see a large portion of their underwear, that should be banned. I say this because of Americas constitution which states as one duty of the American Gov. "To Protect the public decency". If they've got a long shirt on so that you dont see their underwear, it shouldn't be banned at alL!!!
