If you can bleach the shirt without damaging any prints, then be sure to use cold water. Hot water renders chlorine inert and useless. Oxy-clean also does a good job, but if the stains are old, they may not come out right away. I think Tide makes a bleach or stain removing pen.

scrub with a bar of soap, tat we use for our body.. b best with lux.. i did it 4 my friend's niece, when she got alot of chili & curry, all over her tshirt & skirt..
