I'm looking for a seat belt track for the drivers side. It has a track the auto. seat belt runs on back and forth on.

That is a dealer only part I am afraid. I have a brand new motor for the track right here in my closet still in the box. I tried to sell it on Ebay, but no takers. You can take the cover off of the trim panel where the motor is and crank the latch all the way back to the rear, and unplug the motor, it will stay in that position if you do not want to replace it.

Did yours break? I owned a 90 Mercury Cougar, and my seat belt track did not work on the driver's side. I had to climb under it. It was annoying. I do miss that car though. It was the luxury version...

The dealer is the only place I know of. I know it isn't cheap. Try a junk yard. You might find a TRW place that might sell them but I dought it.

Try calling local wrecking yards they will be able to locate if they don't have what you need.
