Yes you can! And legally, they don't have to take you back either! So take some time before you make any rash decisions.

Legally, you may leave when you become 18 without having to be in the custody of someone else such as the state. Usually kids who are still in school do not move out because they want their parents to support them while they finish school. Are you prepared to support your self?

Legally, yes. Realistically, only if you are financially able to support yourself. Unless you really like living in cardboard boxes and smelling like piss all the time. In which case, feel free to leave whenever you're ready.

You're an adult in the eye of the law. You can move out and all actions you take will be your responsibility only, not theirs. So, make sure that you can support yourself when you do move out. Good luck.
