Because many women think that if a famous person wears a certain style that's the "in" thing.
Who determined that celebs are the fashion rule makers?
If you see a celeb wear a certain style you associate it with them and see that they are living an interesting and fun life and you want to emulate them.
Wear what makes you feel good and comfortable. Don't let another decide what you should and should not wear.
Be a fasion trailblazer! Live your own life!

Yes, fashion recycles itself.
Personally, I think they can be pretty practical. This fall and winter, I'll be able to wear dresses, shorts, and skirts, be able to show off the shape of my legs while still keeping them warm.
