I don't think it works that way. Luckily, parking tickets usually aren't something you can get arrested for. You want to park your car in a garage or lot for the time being (so you don't get a boot). You can go down to your city's office to work out a payment plan, or call anonymously and ask if they offer such a thing.

Our city did parking amnesty once (you just paid your initial fine). But that was 5 years ago, so who knows how often they do amnesty.

Stop parking where you are not supposed to or get rid of your car. Ride a bike and save some gas.

No. You have to pay them. They don't care where you get the money from. They just figure that you shouldn't have parked there.

no they don't take pity sake on none of us,they only want there money,,i had a few at one time,,i had to pay up on all of them,,it would be nice if we could get out of a few of them,,once in a while,,maybe you know someone who can help you with them,,you might get lucky,,good luck with them,,i hope this help,s.
