That's where spam is suppose to go. Into the bulk folder. The only thing you can do to stop it from going to bulk, is to filter it to trash. Problem is, Yahoo filters work, I'm guessing, maybe 50% of the time. Do your best and then just quickly view the folder and hit the empty button.

You have a button that allows you to empty your bulk folder. Otherwise it is done automatically occassionally by yahoo.

Use Spam filter, sometime at the bottom of email there is written "Click here to unsubscribe" Click there follow the process.
