I think that yes, you would see them, because it would be like a gun--if you are in a car going 20, and shoot your winshield out, the bullet would go twenty miles an hour in relation to everything but you. so everyone who saw your car would see a band of light around the planet (1 sec for light to go around world 3 times), but i don't think you would see anything except the light you left behind the last time you were at a certain location in your really fast trip.
by the way, why do you ask?

Sure. The element of the bulb would heat up and release light energy...at the speed of light. Since the light produced cannot exceed the speed of light it just wouldn't seem to go anywhere as the source of the light is traveling at the speed of light.

If however you were just under the speed of light the light would form the familiar beam, I think. BTW didn't Einstein theorize it was impossible to travel at the speed of light without becoming light?

Gotta quit now, I'm getting lightheaded.

Good question. I would guess....and I am no scientist so...that they would still be visible in front of you. The lights project but the source is still moving at the speed of light so I would imagine that the projection would be moving at the speed of light as well. ...hope someone with a higher IQ than I am equipped with can give you a better answer!
