When you watch a movie most of the fighting is fantasy- things you would LOVE to do yourself but cant because you would be arrested. Sometimes life isnt fair and you want to take it out but you dont... I think we are a society that doesnt care 100% for our fellow man and it shows... we show violence on tv and in movies and most believe what is shown to them- if you shoot someone they will just come back in a sequel- but in real life that isnt true.. We have to teach the younger generation it isnt ok- and its not real on tv...

If we could find out, there would be a lot more peace in the world, EH?

It seems some are a lot MORE obsessed than most. For example: that guy Richard Ramirez the "night stalker" who murdered several people. Also the woman who married him in prison. Hmmmmm
what's up with that?

Can I even answer this cause I would kinda like to know myself? I think it is partly that urge to watch the abnormal or (maybe I am reaching here) it might even make them feel better about their lives which they may find dissappointing. Plus I bet it is like exercise in the fact that there is probably some kind of rush in your body from that kind of excitement. I personally don't care for horror or violence in my entertainment.

it's hard 2 say exactly. maybe it's bcuz we as people are drawn to the "human" (dark) side of ourselves. it's interesting/scary 2 know what we're capable of. plus when watching violence our heart rates go up from the suspense/action.

I don't like violence but it's all on t.v. and in the real world. So the younger generation is learning it from t.v.,school,streets,ect..makes you wonder what it is going to be like in 25 more years.

Everyone has an inner sense that idolizes violence... it's just that some choose to practise it

That's our basic nature, always has been and most likely always will be! There are many women who make men look like they just got started. So dear, please don't think for a second that it is just a male thing!
