Pink Champagne seems good. You can have buds of pink colored roses as the hair accessories for the outfit. The whole venetian renaissance idea seems beautiful!

I picked two colors that best suited my bridesmaids and let them choose the color and ultimately pick out the dresses. I had multiple skin types and body sizes to accomodate and I wanted them to feel good about what they were wearing. I think all three colors that you're talking about sound lovely.
