At my dealership.......you couldn't even get a porter job, we might let you answer phones or file papers for minimum wage, but you aren't getting behind the wheel of any car on my lot !

Not if you have to do test drives - you have a criminal traffic record and no insurance company wants to deal with that...

You could probably get hired if you robbed a bank. Do you think they CARE? they are going to put you in a special school and teach you how to rob people anyway.
If you have a conscience, find other work.
