I'm trying to sync my iPod to Windows Media Player 11 so I don't have to transfer my whole music library.

You might be able to sync them, but you won't be able to play. The MP4s on your iPod can't be played in WMP.

You can't, sorry. You can, however, download iTunes with this link:

http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

when you've finished downloading it, it might already have all the songs you had on Windows Media Player. If not, you can burn a CD, then load all the songs from that CD into iTunes.

No.

IF you don't want to transfer your entire music library, just open up itunes, go to EDIT-- PREFERENCES-- IPOD.

Choose to MANUALLY manage your music.
