They deny its reality. That's the administration. However, here's a quote from Bush:

They deny the existence that it is a problem. Meanwhile the country is burning from coast to coast all summer long. Its like they have the people hypnotized. And they are quick to tell you while their a s s e s are burning that it is not a problem (parroting the hypnotist).
