lol. For a while a lot of stuff was fried in lard. I wouldn't be surprised if some homes still do, but in the novio's home his mom just uses buckets of canola oil. Yuck!
They cook the brains in the same way they cook meat. It could be on the same grill. It could be on a separate grill. You'll have to ask the cook to know. Not us.
Side Note: Most people don't like the idea of stuff being fried in lard, but most people prefer the taste of food fried in lard to that of oil. When they find out they always have mixed emotions...

hog brains are cooked in an iron skilled if cooked at home, however thay are cooked on agrill in restrants.but have no fear, the grill is cleaned with a steel brick after words and the brick removes any thing that is left on the grill.the grill shines after using the brick.Mexicans use lard and oil.

In most US localities it's against health codes to cook those items on the same grill, due to possible cross contamination of the items.

it depends.. lard isn't so ethical dietary wise now.
but vegetables can be fried along with the meats.... i've discoverd that alot.
got to watch for that if you have a meat related allergy or you're a vegan.

I have no idea what you are asking, however in some restaurants meat and vegitables are cooked on seperate grills, other its just wherever you can fit it.
