Murine Ear Drops. You put a few drops in your ear and it fizzes a bit. Leave it for about 15 minutes. Then you rinse it out with warm water from a rubber bulb they provide.
I've used them. It's gentle, easy to use and works well. Sometimes your may have to repeat, but it gets the job done.
