i dont know about the best movie i ever saw...
but 1 of the better ones ive seen was probably SE7EN.
and worst ive ever seen... would have to be DOOM or the first Resident Evil...

Best (so far) Tie between Schindler's List and Crash
Worst---EVER---a stupid movie called Basket Case. It was about these Siamese twins that were separated. The "normal" twin kept his abnormal twin in a basket and they sought out revenge against the doctor that separated them. I saw it at a slumber party when I was 15--I still cringe about it to this day. It was so very, very cheesy.

The best is Forrest Gump. Forest may have not been very book smart, but he's got ALL the smarts personality wise. He devoted himself to one woman.
My favorite line: "I may not be smart man, but I do know what love is." He knew soooo much more about love than a lot of guys who are book intelligent.
