First off, take some ice or very cold water and put it on the zits for a while. It will reduce the redness and make it MUCH less noticeable. Use concealer and they will seem to become invisible. Every night before you go to bed, I suggest putting some citrus juice (lemons, oranges, ect.) on them to get rid of the bacteria. Plus use facial washes to keep those spots clean.

Honestly you notice more than others do. In addition, the cover ups do not really work all that well. Sometimes they make it more noticeable. A little foundation may help somewhat, but it will just sort of dull the redness. My cousin used to cake on the foundation and it always looked way worse.
Keep the are clean and they will be gone in a couple days.

If you cover them up you make them worse and create more blocked pores. I suggest washing your face with ivory soap and a 1/2 tsp of sugar gently 2 - 3 times a day until the blemishes are gone!

I heard bare escentuals bisque concealer works like magic. it covers up red spots, acne scars, deep circles under eyes, etc. The best thing is that this "concealer" doesnt even feel like makeup.. it's very light and will not clog your pores and cause you breakouts. I have never tried the concealer from bare escentuals but I use the foundation and it is AMAZING. good luck!!
