I'm always tired, no matter how much sleep I get. What changes in my lifestyle (diet, exercise, etc) should I make to have more energy throughout the day?

You need to make sure that you eat 5 fruits and 3 veggie servings everyday. They give you a good source of natural energy. Make sure that you eat 3 balanced meals and 2 wholesome snacks everyday. And then, you need to get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. Any type of excercise.

I had the same problem until I started using a fructose compounded vitamin recommended to me by a RN friend. I was amazing, after a week on this I had more energy than I could believe, I guess that is why they are patented and guaranteed to work or your money back.

Loose weight, exercise, get plenty of fresh air, have a good diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and rest.
