Jay-Z New Album?

Recently there have been reports that rapper Jay-Z who supposedly retired in 2003 is working on a new album with Dr.Dre and Timbaland. According to a a report in Vibe Magazine he hopes to release the LP this November.

An album w/ Dre and Timbaland would be so sweet! Better than the Black album I bet .. I hope it's true!
