You can get a similar effect with a delay pedal but as far as I know you need a bigger unit for reverb than can be conveniently into a pedal. There might be some new gadget for reverb out there but I haven't heard of it.

Boss and Dan Electro makes one. They are cheap, like $25 Musicians Friend is a good place to start (mentioned in a previous answer)
