We have a 2 1/2 yr old together that he doesn't even pay attention to either. We've been together off and on for the past 3 1/2 years, lately because I can't handle the fact that he denies his daughter. I've stopped talking to him for a couple of weeks, shut off my phone and pretty much change my job so he won't be able to contact me. I feel that he should be the one making the effort to keep me and his daughter by his side. I don't even think he cares enough to try to find me anyway. My heart is raw and I think his answer about how he can't be with us because he's paying off some debts and doesn't want to be a burden is a load of crap. I'm a loving, giving, caring woman that gives him everything he could want from great sex, to time alone, I buy him all kinds of things that I see that he would like. I've given him a child for heavens sake. Why does he not want to be with his family? Do you think he may have another one somewhere else?

*hug* I'm so sorry, honey.

You're completely right - he should be the one making the effort, and time and time again he's shown you that he's not willing to make it.

I feel so sorry for him that he's so stupid that he can't see what a good thing he has in front of him. And the only way he's going to see that is if he doesn't have it anymore.

As for you, you are a wonderful, giving person, and you deserve SO much more than this. I've been where you are, and I know what you're going through. It's so scary to think of becoming a truly single mom, but you've got to take that step for you and for your daughter. You both deserve more.

Remember this: you are far stronger than you think you are. Don't give me that look - yes, you are. :) You can do this. Keep reminding yourself that you are a loving, giving person, and that guys like him aren;t good enough for YOU.

The burden thing might be true. Maybe he doesn't want you to spend all of your money on him, rather he would want to to spend it on taking care of your child. Another thought: maybe he isn't ready to be a dad?

By the way, how is he supposed to get back into you life if you have turned off your phone and changed jobs? You are making it really hard for him and maybe he's getting the message that you don't want to see him anymore, so he's just stopped trying. If someone did that to me, that's what I would think.

How is he supposed to see his daughter if you are becoming practically invisible? He's not a mind reader. If you want him to see your daughter and be in your life, then you have to open up the lines of communication between you and him, not sever them like you have been doing.

Get together with him...without the child around if possible so you can have an uninterrupted conversation with him about all of this. Don’t be confrontational, just try to figure out what is going on between you two that way you don’t feel so lost. If you do find out that there is someone else, don’t waste anymore time with him trying to get him back. Just get a lawyer so you can get your child support. I wish you luck and I hope things get better for you.

i think of WWE will make it Kane that attacked Undertaker, i'm hoping that's because it gets him decrease back into the mainevent image and maybe get him a identify (which i doubt). the ingredient i worry approximately is that if Kane develop into to retire from WWE the superb way available for him to try this must be him as a heel being sent to hell by the Undertaker in a hell in a cellular or casket experience or some thing. Kane did thieve the practice on SD comparable to Evan Bourne on uncooked final week, they could do this each and each week with Kane and im particular that gets multiple visitors involved (=scores), i've got no longer been greater attracted to a smackdown in years final friday because of the fact of Kane. with any luck WWE keep this storyline going.

That's a difficult question to answer. The first thing that comes to my mind is, I only know your side of the story. I don't know why he would deny his daughter, unless you gave him a reason to question her. If he hasn't gotten a test by now and he wants to acknowledge her when he feels like it, that's wrong. You can't force someone to do what he's supposed to either. I wouldn't recommend staying away. Something may trigger his mind to want to be there in the future and I would hope you would want to be accessible to him for your daughters sake. I understand you may be upset with him but try not to create a hostile environment that would give him an excuse to stay away. Stay strong and raise your little princess because she's going to be
very attached and close to you, the Queen.

Sounds like a self centered JERK who is only out for his needs. The problem is your child is in between.

You cannot force him to give you love or your child. But he does have the legal responsibility to pay for child support. His excuse about paying debts is a load of crap. His first responsibility is to his child's welfare. I bet he goes out with the guys, movies, dinners, drinking, etc.

IF I were you I would talk to a lawyer and start the process of having his checks attachment for child support. THEN I would move on, leave the jerk to his own life and you make a very good one for your and your daughter.

It will be hard.

Maybe he just like how is now and don't want take any care of his child. If he denies his daughter that stupid. Is easier to say I take care of it on my own ?or maybe he is not real father/.
I would love to have someone like you.
Don't think too much if he is not responding - must be something going out in his life.
Stay the way how you are and you find soon or latter - with who You've been.

When a man cannot support himself, he feels like nothing. He can't give you what he doesn't have.

Don't go out of your way to shut him out, but don't badger him, either. He needs to get his crap together, and you can't help him.

You can wait for him, that's about the best you can do.

When you get tired of waiting, you will move on.

Many marriages have failed because the man cannot support the family and refuses to allow the woman to take that place.

Love yourself and get rid of him for you and your daughter. Sounds like he is being a child, and you already have one to raise. You will feel better about yourself if you get rid of him. If he does not want to step up to the plate and be a good man and a good father, then you two do not need him in your lives. I believe you two deserve better than this.

WELL THAT IS KINDA WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE. BUT WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS LET HIM GO. DON'T KEEP ANY TYPE OF CONTACT WITH HIM. IF HE COMES BACK OR TRIES TO FIND YOU AGAIN, THEN MAYBE HE DOES WANT TO BE THERE FOR U AND YOU CHILD. BUT THEY ALWAYS SAY THAT IF U LOVE SOMEONE OR SOMETHING LET IT GO. IF IT COMES BACK IT WAS MEANT TO BE, IF IT DOESNT THEN IT WASNT. GOD HAS SOMEONE OUT THERE WHO DOES AND WILL TAKE CARE OF U AND YOUR CHILD.
GOOD LUCK BEING A MOTHER AND FINDING SOMEONE TO BE A GOOD FATHER!

Some men aren't prepared to be a father. If he can't get it together you're better off without him. Let him go.
