Ah yes! The "Ring of Fire".
The irritant chemicals that cause the burning sensation when you eat spicy food do not get totally digested. So when it leaves the GI tract (Gasto-Intestinal), the chemicals are still present to irritate that part of your body, too. You don't notice it so much while the food is going through your GI tract because you don't have nerve receptors that detect those stimuli in the middle.

Spicy food does run right through me, and it also causes bad dreams.
Although we like the heat, some food is just not meant to be digested.

The scientific explanation for chilli poo is very long and detailed, so I will give you the shortened version...
The spice, also known as H20+3CY+D6KL+Y3A, comes into the bod, and does not change subsatnce. It is then made into a puree, that goes through the intestines, and comes out the other end. It is still in it's state of H20+3CY+D6KL+Y3A, but it comes 0ut as a puree. Hope that answers your question

What goes in must come out!! When my oldest was 18mo, my husband was eating very hot salsa and chips, and the baby took a chip and dipped it, ate it and screamed. I gave him milk and he was okay. About three hours later he was playing and started to scream again..... his poor little butt was so red!
Back to the question, the seeds are where the heat is and they are not processed by our bodies, so it stands to reason that if it was hot going in, it will be hot coming out.

What you eat has to come out somewhere. If not where you mentioned, then through sweat or urine. What does not become absorbed through the body has to come out as waste. The body does not need spices to maintain its functioning.
