Football...I personally get very bored with baseball.

Baseball is the only true game. There's no time limit. Things can change at any time. It cannot be dominated by a single player. It's like watching an intricate clock working. If you are interested in strategy and skill, watch baseball. There is nothing more beutiful than good baseball highlights.
Footbal is too stop-and-go. Ten seconds of action followed by minutes of standing. Basketball - you might as well make everyone run 5 miles, tie the score at a hundred and play the last five minutes, because that's all it ever comes down to anyway. Hockey? Forget it. I have NO idea what's going on there. Soccer is fun to play but BOOOOOOORING to watch, unless you're in a bar full of drunk fans.
The only other good sports are ones you can play drunk, like Curling.

I used to like football better until my husband started explaining the tactics of baseball. Then it became much more interesting to me, because I realized there's a lot more to it than meets the eye.
