Not counting that biology can lead to medical school, because I don't think I want to go in that direction. I've always been more into natural sciences.

Well, for either one, you really need at least your master's degree to get a substantial job. With a masters you can teach at any community college. With a PhD you can teach or do research. Don't forget that you can get entry level lab or similar positions in almost any field that you decide. For the natural sciences, try to get an internship while you are in college. Your school can help you with this, as well as your local zoo and nature centers/areas. Look around and good luck!
