You need to get more calcium in your system, as well as potasium. You will need to take a supplement since you are having such a problem. Just dont waste your money on cheap stuff. Find a distributer in your area for Shaklee and get some. You can find one at the shaklee web site. you can also order from there, but you need some asap/

I have been told that charlie horses may also be caused by lack of calcium. And yes i beleive that pain releiver may help ease the pain but doubtfully make it go completely away. Drink taht milk & eat that cheese.

If you are overworking, you are probably dehydrated. You need to increase your water intake and essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium. Eat plenty of green leafy veggies, bananas and foods rich in these minerals.

I used to have them and was told to eat bananas. I eat one now most every day and don't have them anymore. I can't explain, but it seems to work.

could be a low potassium level. try eating bananas, have you flown anywhere recently? it could also be a blood clot! talk to your doctor's office
