I have never heard of pregnancy causing lactose intolerance. It's probably just a coincidence that you were diagnosed when pregnant. As the intolerance has to do with how your body breaks down lactose, it doesn't usually go away. Fortunately, there are lots of lactose free products available which will give you the required amount of calcium.

I am not sure- but crazier things have happened during pregnancy. I developed asthma, which I never had, and suddenly was allergic to my cat. After I had my first daughter, it went away. But then when I got pregnant again with my second daughter, it returned. So, I would think it could be possible, but its probbaly best to talk to the doctor. It is important that you get a proper diet while pregnant, and best to let them know of any problems you have having.

Anything is possible. Pregnancy causes a lot of changes. There were a bunch of foods my mom couldn't eat when she was pregnant with me that she was ok with after. She wore glasses pre-pregnancy but didn't have to during and after pregnancy. So, who knows if it will go away after. You will just to wait and see.
