When you go to an all you can eat buffet..do you eat more than usual?

If it's a soup and salad. a pizza, a Chinese, or a breakfast all-you-can-eat buffet, then yes, I eat more than usual...so I try hard to stay away from those places. If it's a regular food buffet like at a steakhouse or something, no, I usually don't eat more than I usually do, although, I sometimes get dessert, and I'm not a big dessert eater.

I love to eat good food and lots of it, I'm surprised I'm not a big as a house for it to. So yes at a buffet I really do pile it on and usually go back for seconds of an item or two.

I get the foods I like and when I get finished I go back for more
until I can not eat anymore. Of course being a southern lady I
would never stuff my face like a pig. I must keep my figure after all. But I do love buffets. Bye all.

Oh my gosh, I see so many different items that I don't cook at home for reasons that are neither here nor there. Of course I do eat way more than usual at an all you can eat buffet. Too many choices, so take a bit of each.....

Nope, I usually get so excited to see so many choices at the salad bar, I don't eat a lot of other suff and feel like a buffet is a waste of my money, they are usually pricey. Plus, a lot of times, the hot food is not hot but more like room temp. yuk.

Seafood buffet. yeah i pig out. Any other buffet I get a meal and go back if i need to. Usually don't.

always. I dont do buffets anymore...not worth it for me. I don't eat enough for what they charge.
