Blue balls is the condition in which a male becomes so sexually aroused his testicles swell, ache, and may take on a bluish-tinge. Contrary to what he may tell you, he will not die, his balls won't shrivel up and fall off, nor will he become sterile unless you have sex, or give him a hand-job or bj. He'll be uncomfortable for a bit, but once all the blood moves from the penile, scrotal, and testicular tissue, he'll be just fine. If you don't want to relieve it for him, and he tries to make you feel guilty, just tell him to do it himself, works just as well!

ok-blue balls- first a girl can't FORCE you to get it ...but she can certainly cause you to have em... What they are- know when your girl (guy) is over and you make out over and over again.. but with no orgfasmic release? That makes that "totally uncomfortable til ya blow it feeling" until ya see her to her car, and take care of it yourself...LOL Later in life youll actually get the "hookup", and this problem will go away.

blue balls is the result of a male being sexually aroused for a long period of time. The reaction of being erect contrains the bloodflow going out of the groin area, and the effect of blue balls is low oxygen supply and high blood pressure in the testicular area.

Others have already said what causes it... the easiest solution is to get married. After a while ya don't get it any more.
