I am both assertive and laid-back. When I need to accomplish something, I'll be assertive. I am laid-back in terms of not worrying about the little things.
I am not an A-type personality because I don't have a fierce "drive" to get to the top. I would say I can be a "cool cucumber" under stressful circumstances.
Why? What are you? I think other people probably think I'm a mixture, and see me the way I do myself.

Sometimes i am assertive but sometimes i am laid back...But mostly i am a type B personality...i do not like aggressive people though...they scare me!!!...But i will say ...I feel..i believe....and so forth!!I don' t really care how others see me!!! is that assertive enough??? ha!
