I use noxema too, for the little zits i dab a little toothpaste on them, leave them on overnight, there's a little stinging... but in the morning they're gone! Make sure you put your hair in a pony-tail if you can, toothpaste is a hard thing to get out of your hair! Hope I helped!

You're lucky you only have a few zits. I had full blown ACNE, and nothing I used made much of a difference until I bought "Gel Mousse Purifant" (Daily Foaming Gel) by DARPHIN.
DARPHIN products are expensive, but considering all the money I was wasting on dermatologists who did nothing, this was the greatest bargain on earth.
You can buy it at Neiman Marcus, or via the Internet. Make sure you get the Daily Foaming Gel (Gel Mousse Purifant). DO NOT get the exfoliating scrub.
You will be amazed at how this one product will change the composition of your skin. Once your skin is clear, you don't have to use it very often. That's the second reason this product is such a bargain.

if they're close to your hairline then it is most likely being caused by shampoo/conditioner/or hair product. so lay off for the next couple days. in the mean time, try what i do:
make a paste of equal parts baby shampoo and baking soda. then add a little salt to it. wash your face with it, then follow with a moisturizer. i use the equate version of olay complete SPF 15 moisture lotion. it's about $2 and works great.
i came up with this 2-3 days ago and have only used it 2 times. i can already see a major difference in the reduced number of zits.
remember to not touch them except for when washing your face. drink water as well. it flushes out your system and gets rid of toxins that are bad for your skin.
good luck.

I have also used toothpaste. Now I use AVON products so I have few blemishes. Thier Solutions line works great. Another great cleaner is Proactive. My brother used it before he went over seas in the military. The best thing that has helped though, is his diet change and drinking more water.

Sorry to tell you, but, theres no way to get rid of them by monday. My acne was much worse than yours so my doctor prescribed some medication for me. But he also said to use a benzoyl peroxide face wash twice a day. I use Oxy in the black bottles. It seems to work. Try washing your face more than once a day. And after you excercise is a good time also.
