Stay out of America.....we do not need another non-citizen. Have her come to your country. That is what happens when you have sex and are not married......so deal with it!

The first six answers are in error and show no knowledge of immigration laws.
The only way you can get in legally is for her to apply for a K-1 Fiancee visa for you. Do NOT marry in your own country, because that takes up to two years to get in. The K-1 requires well under a year, but you must wait to be married until you are in the US.
When you get here, you must marry, and she submits the proof of marriage to the INS, then you may have to wait to work for two years, not sure of that. After that, you get your work permit.
There is nothing for you to do. If she doesn't want to file the papers, you are out of luck, sorry, Charley.

Well, since you were in love with her and she is having your child, if the two of you get married; you will receive a green card. So have your fiancee speak to legal authorities about it.

If she is american citizen, you can come to USA as a turist,and once you are here you marrie her and you would have your turist status chage to a resident status. Is easy this way. Thats what my husband am I did, if he would apply for the K-1 (the fiancee visa) would take a year for me to get here. But because I came here like a turist was easy, we married, I got my permit to work in three months, and Igot my green card in a year. Good luck.

i hope your not another illegal just getting a girl knocked up so you can get a green card!i'm so sick of that! where i come from, there are so many stupid girls that get pregnant from an illegal just trying to get in. i call the girls stupid because the guys usually end up beating the crap out of them on a regular basis and the dumb girls stick with them.just take your girl and kid to your country. teach your child your heritage!

save up money to buy a ticket, and things that you will need there. also, if necessary, ask relatives for help. be sure to write your fiancee a letter explaining the situation, and have her ask her relatives for money, too.
