As a kid I always smirked and heard complaints about that so now I always try to smile big even if it comes out silly looking.

I don't smile really big because I have big front teeth (not buck teeth lol - just big), but I don't really smirk either. My pictures turn out a lot better if I smile "medium" :)

It's kind of a smirk when I'm holding my one eye shut....but when I pose for a picture I smile and show my teeth.....It always looks better...

I focus on making my eyes smile, so that I look genuinely happy..... Then EITHER a smirk or a large grin will match perfectly!
