If they are not there, they will be within 1 year. Lee Hsien Loong wants the nation to be wired so they will start with the CCs first.
Why not just visit MacDonalds? There are hundreds of them right now and all have wireless. Also can use starbucks, coffee bean or nearby polytechnics.

I am not so sure about Eunos, but i know about Bedok, Bedok is wireless network.
