Next time you see him, tell him this. "SIT DOWN" even if he doesn't sit he'll know you're serious. Then afterwards, you tell him your each going to clean up your own messes, and you each are going to do your own thing, with very little "babysitting" of the other. No cleaning up after one another, etc. That way, whether he agrees or disagrees and still has crazy ideas in his head, you'd have indirectly made him the woman because the man always takes charge. And p.s. If he ever tries anything funny, disable him and get a new roommate. Then again he could just be a first class joker. Keep your eyes open.

uhm well u should check him out a little bit more like how he act and how he walks i kno that sounds crazy but trust me! lol. and if he say anything else that seems a little "twisted" then yea get a new room mate/////but he could just be kiddin around and could have a dull sence of humor

No. Good wives are hard to find. Simply explain you'll be doing the pitching, and he'll be doing the catching. If the place is clean, you'll be less grumpy and you won't be forced to castrate him in his sleep.
