Well, I just use a honkin' big calendar that goes on my fridge - BUT you can also get what's called a card organizer - it has spaces to write in all the occasiosions that you need to remember, and also space to put the cars. They're usually organized by month. It sounds like you'd fill up your "normal" calendar pretty quickly!

Personally, I'm cheap, so I think I would go to the dollar store, buy a small rubbermaid container or binder, and make my own. Get a cheap calendar at the same time, punch holes in it and pre-mark all of the birthdays (and ages). Keep stamps and cards in the binder and you're good to go.

My challenge would be to remember to look at it every month - so just mark on your everyday calendar that you have to look at your Birthday Binder every month!

Set aside some time to organize the information that you have.If there are some you don't know, call other family members until you have a complete list.
I keep mine on my computer calendar, and it reminds me when something's coming up. You can also do it on your cell or PDA... My sister keeps hers on a calendar she hangs on the back of her door so she always sees it and remembers.Figure out what will work best for you. Once you do it, you'll never have to worry about forgetting someone's special day.
Good luck!

Get a Planner and WRITE the information down and POST the paper on a Door in your home -- that way when you have to open the door every time you go out, you are reminded of the special days coming up!

Why bother? do they remember yours? Yes? Good.

Here's the tip:

Paste post-it notes on your diary where each person's birthday arises (make notes of the date and the person's name on the note and make a big red circle around the date in your diary. As you enter your diary daily, you will be reminded of the birthdays by the bright post-its as the days approach.

Pick up a small calendar and write their name and birth year on their birthdate or create a "database" of sorts in excel on your computer with all the info: name, birthdate, parents, address for mailing cards, phone to give a call on their birthdate. Then sort by birthdate and print out and put where you can refer to it regularly.
