unsure. I was hungry while I was pregnant with my daughter constantly especially for Mexican food but with my son I couldn't even stand the smell of food it made me sick. So to answer your question I guess it all depends.

I suppose everyone is different. I was sick for the first 4 months for both of my pregnancies so I was not hungry until the second trimester. I am currently in my third trimester and not unusually hungry anymore. As the baby gets bigger there does not seem to be any more room left for a big meal. I also tend to notice that if I eat too much too late in the day I get heart burn and a bit nauseous when I try to sleep.

they have books to help you along your pregnancy these I found helpful when I was pregnant (well I still am, 2 months left!) here they are:
1. What to expect when you're expecting
2.Your pregnancy week by week, edition 5 (Awesome book!!!)
I'm always hungary, even at nite but still only manage to gain a few months a month, remember to excercise 3-4 times a week.

In the beginning you get very hungry, but eventually it will go away.Just remember you only need 300 extra calories a day,so watch out.

It's a question of making up deficient components in food intake. Not necessarily hungry all the time, but good appetite, particularly for certain specifics. a sort of craving!

Oh my goodness ~ YES!
I'm only 10 weeks and I've been starving since the start. Your metabolism increases something like 25%. Enjoy it!

Not always, every pregnancy is different. Usually pregnant women get cravings because their body is missing some important nutrient at the time.

Each person is different but you should go to the doctor if you think you are, but you should eat good for you and your baby.
