Well unfortunately, we're not children anymore. Primary education IS where the most money needs to go because seeing the way some of these kids type questions on here scares me. But higher education is a choice, it's not maditory. But hearing that the costs have gone up isn't very encouraging for people like me who are just starting out. It makes me even more reluctant to start because at 21, I have enough debt that I'm trying to get rid of, not add to. And hearing that the interest rates went up, discourages me from even getting a loan so....there ya have it.

Billions are given in financial aide. FAFSA.gov.. try it. Don't play the victim card. You're not. You could get scholarships-- academic or need based. You can get loans. You can work several jobs to pay for it.
