I've felt that way sometimes.Like life really isn't worth living. That life is just a bunch of pain and suffering, and a series of painful tests to keep going through.
I can relate to you.I don't have a lot of friends,I've never had a lot of friends.I have some people I talk to.And I'm grateful for that. But I wish I had more friends.Like a best friend.A girl around my own age,who would be like a sister to me.
Guys can be really confusing.I know how much it hurts, when they only care about one thing. But they really don't care about us,and our feelings.
As for those people who seem so happy,I can't relate to their happiness. If they're happy,I wonder what their secret is.What makes them so happy? For me,happiness would be,getting some kind of control over my own life.Making my own decisions, doing what I want, not having to answer to anyone. And getting away, from the people who try to make me miserable.Making my own way in life, for once.
Happiness is also justice.Seeing some kind of punishment given to my abusive tormentors, for all the damage they've done.
If you ever wanna talk,e-mail me.My e-mail is blue_eyes_dejected@yahoo.com.
I hope things get better for you.Remember, this is very important.Don't let anyone walk all over you.Stand up for yourself.Don't kiss up to anyone. And be proud of who you are.Walk with your head held high. And don't let any man,try to use you as a sex object.Know that you're an important person, and you matter. And you're too good for any man,or anyone,to let them mistreat you.Stay away from them. All they care about is themselves. You deserve better than that.

Okay I will tell you this. I have 2 kids and I am a stay at home mom. There are days when I feel like what I do is pointless also. Like I do laundry just to do again. I get up and take a shower just to take another tomorrow morning. Sometimes your life gets into a rut. I have even tried getting a hobby and guess what I dont stick to it because it's just to expensive to keep doing or I get tired of it. You would think because I have 2 kids and I am a stay at home mom I would have this great life but most of the time it isnt what some would assume. Plus since I have no interaction with the rest of the world I am starting to act weird. Even my husband has said your beginning to get really weird. So my point is I guess everyone I am sure at one time or another has thought that sure what I am doing is waste of time. The people you see that are always so happy and you think are doing great. Well it is probably just for show at the moment. Cause lets face it no one is happy all the time. If they were, then they wouldnt be human. I know what you mean and trust me some people are just happy but not all the time. I dont want to sound harsh or anything but it sounds like you might be depressed. I would just eat some bannanas and when you wake up in the morning just remember that you are special maybe not to the person you work with, but to your mom and your dad your sisters and brothers. People care all you have to do is talk to someone.

That's a classic example of clinical depression. You do need to talk to someone with professional training fer sure. First stop, though, would be your personal physician. Tell him/her what you just wrote in your question, and ask if you might need an antidepressant medication. NO, they will NOTmake you a "zombie" or any of that; modern antidepressants are very effective and safe if you use them as your doctor instructs you to. I'm calling upon forty years of clinical experience when I tell you that - and, dear one, I've also found it beneficial to use an antidepressant myself.
Things will get better, even though it does not seem that way right now. Yeah, some of us guys are only interested in what's between your legs, and yeah, it's sometimes pretty hard not to feel dreadfully lonely, especially if others ostracize you, a way that young girls express aggression towards others. But all that can be overcome, and a counsellor with professional training is the person to help you figure out how to do that. If payment for such services is an issue, your county mental health department can help, and they have a sliding fee scale that'll make it very affordable. Don't be intimidated by the term "mental health department". They're not gonna grab you and toss you in a padded cell or anything at all like that...you haven't done anything wrong, after all! So - please go find some help - you're worth it!

Yes I have felt that way. And the truth is, I even tried taking sleeping pills because I was so depressed. Luckily a friend found me and took me to the hospital where I got my stomach pumped. I was very mad and embarassed, but then I started to think about that if I had succeeded, I would have created a real mess that my family would have to deal with, and honestly I didn't want that. And with much struggle, I am today a happy person in a long term relationship, and that time seems very far away.
The good part is that you realize that there's a problem, and that there must be a way to fix it...otherwise you wouldn't have written this. You need to talk to an adult...your guidance counselor at school, your priest, minister or rabbi. What you need is a person who's trained to deal with feelings of depression...which are not all that rare. I think everyone has them at some point in their life...you are not the only one.
Please get help. Good luck!

Don't give up. Everyone goes through times when they feel like this. If you have been feeling this way for more than a month though, you really need to go and talk with your Dr. and he/she can put you on some meds that can help.
There is always a reason to get up every day you just have to find it. Whether it's for someone else or your pet there is a reason.
Not all guys are idiots. There are good ones out there who can see you for who you really are and not just the packaging. If you are having a hard time finding them you may be looking in the wrong places.
Change the way you do things and the places you go to meet them. If you normally go for the construction worker type try dating a white collar guy. Just try changing your routine all the way around. You will be surprised what a difference it can make in your life.
Sometimes we get stuck in a rutt and just get comfortable with the way we do things even though they don't make us happy, we continue to do them because it is what we are use to.
Change things up, change your dressing style, hairstyle, restaurants you go to even the books you read. Give yourself a complete makeover. Mentally as well as physically.
You are going to feel like an entirely new person. People will respond to the change in you and I bet you won't feel like life is so pointless anymore.
It sounds like a strange suggestion (and a very girly one at that) for overcoming depression, but it works. Making yourself into someone new tricks the mind into thinking you have a fresh start at life being this new person. SO TAKE IT!
Good Luck! and Cheer Up!

I get the same feelings at times... mostly when something has just gone wrong or something really bad happened. I have to stop and think about if I were to be gone (disappear or die) how and whos lives it would affect. I happen to have children and that keeps me from trying anyting. I mean who would care for them. I also have a mother and although we don't see or talk to eachother everyday, it would most certainly hurt her. Think about the people in your life, and try to come to terms with how it would effect them and their lives too. Also find some activities you can get involved with that interest you. You will find real friends and people who will better influence your life. Try to stay away from any relationships that will include sex. So if a man wants to get to know you let him know up front, you want friendships but untill a man proves you worthy sex is out of the question. Goodluck and try to keep a smile on.

I'm happy - I'm not alone.
I try find somebody as good as can be. I don't know why- when I try/ask/find out if she is free: the person has already someone.
I feel like I have bad lack or I'm to late - but from another side I'm telling myself probably she was not for me anyway, and I fell OK.
I'm proud of myself who I'm and better I wait for the right person then push myself in disaster.
Remember always the right person is coming from nowhere in time totally unexpected.

pleasecallme.info we own. You sound young.
But everyone can feel that way at one time or another. I don't like the saying live today as if it were your last. Either be someone's milestone in their day or look for someone else to be your milestone. A milestone meaning "This day" stands out above most every day you know or have known, You can never forget it, It holds in it something that moves you, 16 years ago our first daughter walked up to an older lady sitting by herself and said, " You are buetiful " . To glance at her she wasn't buetiful, but my mom died last year, old and gray and in her strengths and trials of the last part of her life, I relized how buetiful that woman was. She looked much like my mom did as age had caught up with her, but a 3 year old noticed that beauty, sometimes we need to open up another type of eyes.

I'm sorry you feel that way. Sounds like what my son used to call the pits of depression. Can you talk to your parents about how you feel? Any adult in your life you trust? A school counselor? A minister or priest: Here's a web site with information you might find interesting: http://www.psychologyinfo.com/depression/teens.htm
There are also sites that list counselors. Message me if you like.
